As the new year is here a lot of people have motivation to change aspects of their lives. That can range from health and fitness to financially but the route isn’t too dissimilar.
The main factor to changing is discipline. When times get hard you need to be disciplined to stay committed to achieving your goals! Think long term instead of expecting results quickly and sustaining them.

Why did you pick JHFitness to help you on your health/fitness journey and how would you say you’re getting on so far?
I picked JHFitness because over the Christmas period I was looking for extra training to maintain my fitness for football and also improve. As the sessions continued, I wanted to continue my training with JHFitness because I could feel improvements in my strength and my fitness when I returned to training. JHFitness provided a programme that I could do which I thought would be suitable for me and so far, I feel stronger and fitter whilst I’m playing matches and believe that it is a result of the training with JHFitness.
Why did you pick JHFitness to help you on your health/fitness journey and how would you say you’re getting on so far?
I picked JHFitness because I wanted to improve all aspects of my footballing game e.g. my power upper and lower body wise, my speed and strength it’s been going very good so far and I have already started noticing changes on and off the pitch and we’re only around 3 months in.
