8 cups - Orange juice

3 cups - Cranberry Juice

4-6 cups - Soda/Pop (stay away from colored or flavored drinks( club soda for diabetics)

Add some (4-5) freshly cut fruits!  Lemon, Lime, Strawberries, Pineapples, Raspberries, Cantaloupe, Peaches, Mango, (Don't over do it!)

Hint: add 1 large block of ice instead of ice cubes

​
